Why is there a need for China and Taiwan to sign ECFA if Taiwan is part of China? If what you think is true then why wouldn't China just do the policy instead of signing the agreement? Even the Chinese government itself has already considered Taiwan as a country, what is the point of fighting over/denying something that has already been proven???
