  • Its called a hip-bump sweep. . . Anyone who has spend more than 1 month in an actual Jiu-jitsu setting would know this. . . SUPER basic.

  • @TheIrishPitbull08 Hip Bump, Sit Up, all the same..it is basic but very effective. You should MASTER basics, not just know them.

  • you can also set up a triangle from a failed hip bump sweep

  • Yeah that's a good option too!

  • @TheIrishPitbull08 A name is just a name. If you do an armbar and call it Superduper arm crusher it doesn't matter.

    Tell that to Pedro Sauer.

  • Yeah, he should have put his left leg to the floor, blocking his opponents leg.

  • you can also pull of a kimura from that

  • Looks like he set it up pretty good to me.

  • Most jiu-jitsu moves have numerous names. Sigh.

  • simple but effective sweep.

    Lots of options from here.

  • this guys technique sucks. look for a better video. idk if its on saulos dvds but saw him doing it much more effective. ahhh gracie barra i get it....no wonder
