Its called a hip-bump sweep. . . Anyone who has spend more than 1 month in an actual Jiu-jitsu setting would know this. . . SUPER basic.

@TheIrishPitbull08 Hip Bump, Sit Up, all the same..it is basic but very effective. You should MASTER basics, not just know them.
