NOTE: This is a FAN-MADE VIDEO based on a BOOK SERIES (A Great and Terrible Beauty trilogy by Libba Bray. However, it is NOT plot driven. IE: There is no exact storyline to this one. Short, simple and to the point, I found a new red-headed actress and I wanted to use her.
WHO IS THE ACTRESS? Her name is Alison Eliott. This miniseries was filmed in 1995. You do the math. Is she a possible candidate to play a 16 year old? Uhh... NO. Obviously not. But, when this movie was filmed, she was playing a girl in her mid to late teens. Aging sucks. Because I adore her look, her naturally red hair and bright eyes.
WHERE ARE THESE CLIPS FROM? The Buccaneers, a 1995 BBC miniseries based on Edith Wharton's novel of the same name. Alison plays Virginia St. George, an American beauty who marries an English Marquess only to discover the emptiness behind the title.
WHAT IS THE SONG?: A spliced version of the instrumental introduction to Loreena McKinnett's "The Mummer's Dance."

hmm these clips made gemma look more dominate that she actually was. She could have played her.. but like you said shes alittle over the age mark.
