Killing Nemesis in all 7 optional encounters without using live events for free kills and obtaining all special items from him. I also kill him in the Cable Car even though it's not necessary.

No annotations for this video yet (if at all) since every time I go to the Annotations page it gives me an error message whenever I type anything. If you have any questions about the run the comments section is just below at any rate.

As with my Knife Only run I only got an A rank due to the large amount of healing items I used, which is where I lost points towards an S rank. Optimally if you want an S rank (or A rank in NA or EU) you want to:

Save 0 or 1 times.
Use less than 750% total healing items
Finish in under 2:30.

I'll add a few notes here.

The options for the bridge are to push him off or jump off, if you choose to jump off you'll get the faster path as well as the canon ending, which is why I normally choose it.
Nemesis's 7th and final drop in a New Game will be an Assault Rifle, if this is played on a Load Game however (Load Game, Select Save, Restart) then he'll drop an Infinite Ammo Box, which, when combined with any weapon, will give it infinite ammunition for the remainder of the game (though it doesn't carry through to the next game, only Mercenaries rewards do). I recommend the Mine Thrower for it as it gets an awesome tracking ability which destroys everything. Most people would suggest the Magnum but I find that the Magnum is highly negligible in this game.
The options with Nicholai are to "Negotiate" with him or to return fire, unless you have the Rocket Launcher, you want to choose the first option. If you want to be brave and try it out yourself, be my guest.
If you kill Nemesis as Carlos (he only has 1 form) before returning to Jill, he'll be weaker when you fight him as Jill for the next fight.
As I've shown in every other RE3 or Biohazard 3 run I've done, the Grave Digger can also be killed with just waiting it out until the lamp posts are ready to be knocked down, there's no need to kill it with your weapons.
