I get the fact that he was trying to be creative and fresh, but im not buying it. Theres so many drummers killing this style of drumming. rabb, greb, mayer, deitch, sawka, and on and on.. this vid just doesnt cut it. there is even undiscovered youtube drummers with more creative drumming than this in d'n'b style. His sporadic movements came off to me like he was trying to hard to seem original. Dont get me wrong, the drumming is good, but doesnt feel authentic.
