  • I don't get why there are bad ratings in SHF videos. It's unbeliveable!!! This is the ultimative perfect personal trainer on YouTube. btw users like WadeLeanidas can be the reason. He posted "...Scott is not looking well-built enough". I think he is a faaat jealous nerd sitting in front of his pc. So in my opinion 140 creppy fat faggs watched this video.

  • bring ur lats into the exercise??? wtf its impossible to use lats on a pressing movement

  • One armed chest press looks like a good exercise to snap all your shit up.

  • @ 3:52 or you could just use dumbbells and eliminate the possibility of decapitating yourself. rest of vid was good though

  • @JmacJr0110 save yourself some money and buy yourself a good power rack with 2 sets of pins,chin bar,an adjustable bench and 400lbs of free weights.ultimate safety,small set up space,all exercises can be donei.e.bench,incline.daeds,po­wer cleans,squats etc.what you really need to get truly strong.dumbells are great,but damn expensive.good luck and good training.

  • @Body4Life21 yea I know what you are saying, really the only muscle people should try crazy stuff on are their abs because if I don't I will be doing 800 reps haha.

  • scott today was a big day for me. ive been saving money to buy a cable cross over machine so i could do all your workouts. im a busy college student and dont have to much money to go to the gym. the cable machine isnt the best but it makes me very happy to do more of your workouts now

  • try the rolling thunder 1 arm deads.2 and 3/8 in dia.there incredible for grip and overall strength.and you dont have to use a barbell which makes the exercise more stabil.they have a specific competition for this exercise put on by ironmind.the record is 270lbs.i also never see him put in real olympic lifts like power cleans.clean and snatch grip high pulls,snatch grip shrugs.these are outstanding for overall upper back thickness and strength.these are staples for outstanding back development.

  • @jancarius101 Dude just please watch his other videos man, he is a really good mentor and provides you with great effective exercises as long as you leave your ego at home and stick to solid form TRUST ME

  • @MarkScott1993 Dont get me wrong, Its good to get creative but you know only to a certain point...Whenever i train its always with strict form except for those few days every few weeks when i train with very heavy just to shock my muscles you know but i never do things like one arm deadlifts or things like that if you see where im coming from
