  • i would love to hava a boat like this and sail across any ocean :D

may i ask, what is the slow piano piece called?

  • I'm here thanks to Voiles et Voiliers Magazine! Go on, Yrvind!

  • We all live in a yellow submarine....

    Just kidding! :)

  • Congratulations for your work!!!! Good sailing.

  • She looks like the Beatles Yellow Submarine but I am sure it will stay on the surface!

Congratulations Mr Yrvind. I am sure she will be a succes. :-)

  • @Pudersepp The chinerunners work something like a modern fighter airplane, which is characterized by its sharp edges and small wings. They divide the flat bottom and the curved side side surface and create a different flow of water on each side. The boat itself is quite stable, Here's a similar project on stability test: e460.blogspot.com/2010/06/stability-test.html

  • Very nice sailing pictures. Makes me want to go sailing aswell!

  • Wont the boat easily capsize with the chineboards? I'm thinking that the center of gravity is higher due to this.
