@paranoiaagent13 I agree a fire type would be nice but I'd suggest ditching either skarmory or weavile for the fire type. But that being said I think this team does just fine against grass, ice, steel, and bug without a fire type because remember water types can learn ice moves and electivire can learn fire punch at the very least. Granted I can see a Torterra giving some problems. But every team has at least one weaker point.

Drop either your wevile or Milotic, as they are both mainly Ice types. As a substitute, i sugest either a Ghost/Physic type, such as Gengar or Alakazam, or a Fire type, such as Charzard or Arcanine.
Whatever you choose as ur sub, make sure its fast, as ur team is running a little low on speed.

@bladebane765 Milotic is special, and Lucario is better at special then physical

its really is a great team but the only thing I'm kinda wondering about is if you have any special sweepers cause garchomp, electivire, wevile, and lucario are all mainly phycical sweepers
