That other sapling won't grow since it's too close to the other "Zebra tree". You can move it one block further away and it will grow.

When you have one charcoal, you can put that one as fuel for 8 other charcoal. You're wasting logs.

Leaves decaying after harvesting all the logs has been in the game like forever. You wouldn't imagine how many Minecrafters need to learn about that from you, every server I visit (survival servers that is) is polluted by floating trees everywhere. I hate it.
