i just relized that this episode takes place around my city!

the island is Bowen island, the city is vancouver. (the mountains being grouse and cypress) and the cliffs are a stylized version of lightouse park off of the north shore. :)

kennith was canadian so i guess thats why

  • Lol, wow. Lucky you XD

Bardel Entertainment is actually stationed in BC, most likely Vancouver. I'm not sure if the book was set in Canada.

  • @xRunningstarx On the website, kenneth oppel says although no place is specifically mentioned in the book, he imagined Shade's journey took him down the east coast of North America, opposite side of the continent. Although you can tell the TV series takes place on the west coast.

  • Where's Throbb!!!! Dammit he was my Favorite.

  • WTF? No Throbb?

  • @xRunningstarx It talks about going to South American temples and stuff so it might be!

  • OMG they where just here why didn't they woke up a little bit more and poof, the end.

    I didn't expect that to happen :)

At first I tought that Goth was Chinook (apparence) but I just had to saw his hand stop turning the ventilator and I was thinking: he's a just a LOT MORE BIGGER THAT WHAT I WAS THINKING :D

  • @deoradude got a Zoo that used to Have a FREAKIN HUGE cannibal prince Jungle Bat?

  • @chipoochie Because seagulls don't respect any laws. They're kind of like the gangsters (or gypsies) of the bird world except they don't usually sell anything or extort other birds, just rob them and run when something badder than them tries the same with them. I'm rambling now but that whole "running when something badder than them comes along" thing doesn't apply to their young when you go for the babies (including eggs) the whole flock comes after you. Hear me now believe me later.

  • i like the book alot better coz with a book it lets your imagination take care of the characters looks and everything and lets you picture thing how you like it

i still like the cartoon tho :)

  • Looks like they've fixed Frieda's wings since episode 1.

  • Bardel, the makers of this cartoon, are in the process of developing an electronic game for Silverwing and want to ask fans which platform would be best to launch the game on. iPad? iPhone? Facebook? Any ideas?
