RC Camera Test - Camera Crashes on landing

This was my test flight for mounting the camera on the bottom of the fuselage rather than in the nose. Worked fine until I had to land...

Amazingly, no damage to the camera, but I need taller and/or stiffer landing gear to maintain ground clearance on landing.

The camera's sensor can't handle the light output of the sun, so it blacks it out and makes a spot.

I always have dreamed of having an rc helicopter with a camera that gave me live feed to my house of what I where I was flying. What could be cooler than popping in at your neigbors backyard with an rc heli equiped with airsoft guns lol.
