Debriefing is an essential aspect of simulation learning. The design of the room and multimedia features create a safe environment for students to review and reflect on their actions, focusing on clinical best-practices. During the debriefing sessions, students use interactive whiteboards, real-time data and observations connected to any part of the facility to share their experiences in a safe learning environment. Simulation sessions are a way to bridge the gap between classroom learning and clinical practice. Debriefing encourages students to reflect, review, and aspire to learn and improve continuously as health care providers.
