Please respond to this folks: Am I to assume from this that there are 33,289 houses in one street? Thats a helluva long street! If not then what is this house number derived from. The biggest street I've seen here in the UK is only up to about 2000.

Furthermore, this very house lost $73,000 in value in the past 30 days. That's not in the last year, THE LAST MONTH!

Zillow is always OVERPRICED, and your asking price is nearly $100,000 over ZILLOW.

Good luck selling it, maybe a fool will stumble along, but I doubt it.

That house maybe could sell for $400,000 nowadays.

Remember, just cause credit WAS cheap housing was valued high. Now that reality has set in, market values are FAR LESS than a year ago. "50% less"

the numbes are the address there are a lot of houses with 5 digit addresses in ca..i live in southern ca some have as little as 3 and some have 5 most have 4
