  • @monstersocks72 Aberdeen and Dundee Utd never won things in Scotland in the 60ties,it was the 80ties.And Dundee Utd almost won the uefa cup. They put out Barcelona on the way to the final. And there was money in football in the 80ties.OK more came in the 90ties,but there vertainly was TV money happening in the 80ties.You actally got games on the BBC a lot more then to.And never needed to get ripped off on sky.Paying your licence was almost a good thing back then.

  • @legandrydirk I don't even need to tell you why that is a pathetic comparison to make. Football is a completely different game than what it was in the 60's. No one had multi-billionaire owners, therefore everyone had a relatively equal chance at success

  • Holland #2 Schotland #51

  • @monstersocks72 When Celtic won the European cup,do you think they spent £200m?Or when they done 9 in a row?Or Fergie and McLean when they won the league for Aberdeen and Dundee United? They never spent a penny hardly, they brought through there own players. And some went right to the top.And played in top leagues in the world.Bosman was not there right enough,so they could tie down players to nine year contracts. And keep them and build a team around the better ones. And that does not happen anymore

  • @legandrydirk Best in world football? Oh fuck off! Isn't that because the standard of your league is so dire that there is only ever 2 teams that can win it? And no, actually, you can't spend nothing on your squad and still compete with teams that have spent £200m. Even an idiot like you should know that. We are not expected to challenge for the title anyway, so you're saying every other team in the country outside the top 4 should give up aswell? Get off Youtube and get laid you fucking gimp

  • @monstersocks72 Rangers almost got to the Cahmpions league final in 92.We were un beaten there that year.French corruption cost us our place. And Rangers have been to as many finals as Celtic, maybe not the big one.But we have had more European nights in the champions league. Also domesticly Rangers are the best in world football. And the only team in Britain to win every league game. The only other team to ever do that is one of the Prague sides. So Everton cant win with kids then?Just give up then.

  • @legandrydirk At least we qualified for the Champions League under Moyes, and also Europa League multiple times, after finishing in the bottom half 3 successive years under Smith. And what point are you even trying to make? I know Liverpool are more successful than us, they are also more successful than any Scottish team. And Celtic are a fuck of a lot more successful than Rangers, because they have won the European Cup. So they should finish above us aswell, spending £200m on their squad

  • @monstersocks72 Three months is a short space of time. How much was your record signing then? And how many times have you played in the champions league?I seem to mind you going out in the prelimary rounds. The same way that Hearts did.Face it you really do not have a lot to shout about. And Liverpool will finish above you again in the league this year.Your like the Celtic of your City.I take that back even Celtic, have a better history and better fans than Evertonians. If your the prime example of em

  • @legandrydirk Hahaha, £4m is classed as a "big" signing to you? Tore Andre Flo... enough said. I never said he was with us for a "short space of time", I said he got sacked because he was shit, which is a fact! And considering Moyes has been here for 10 years, yeah, 3 years is fairly short in comparison

  • @monstersocks72 I never said it like it was a lot of money did I?We have spent £12 million on one player before. When we bought Tore Andre Flo from Chelsea. Our last big signing was Jelavic, for about double what we paid for Wallace. And read the comments,he doesw not just play left back.He has hardly been first pick to,since he came to the club.Papac has played ahead of him when fit.You thought Smith was at Everton for a short space of time. When he was there 3 years, you know nothing you part timer.
