On Saturday January 16, 2010, historian Paul Harden of the Socorro County Historical Society spoke about the 1964 case. This talk, sponsored by the Village of Los Lunas, was in the New Mexico Transportation Center auditorium where the train station is in Los Lunas.
At 5:45 PM on Friday April 24th, 1964 Lonnie Zamora sighted a UFO and two small humanoids in Socorro, NM. He thought he spotted an upside down car that had overturned and with two children standing near it with possibly parents still trapped inside. When it took off into the air 5 minuets later at 5:50 PM, he was so shocked that he dove face forward to the ground and covered his head with his arms, and broke his glasses.
Theres an unknown aircraft that just took off and I dont know if theres two bodies or not, please get out here, is what Lonnie radioed in to the police dispatcher.
Within fifteen minuets, after Lonnie radioed for help, there were 5 police officers on the scene and the bushes were still smoldering, and four craft footprints were on the ground, and several small humanoid footprints were there as well.
A family who was getting gas at a nearby gas station also saw the craft take off, and their gas receipt said 5:47 PM.
At 8:00 PM they put rocks around each of the four craft footprints, because people who lived in Socorro were showing up and walking all over the site.

Totally interesting video!
Sheesh, I wonder if his beliefs in beings from outerspace changed after this sighting.
I'd really like to hear him speaking about it into greater length.
Good video! Thanks for uploading!
