Turkey to India: A Sailing Geography Lesson

This clip has been put together for Nancy Lake and her class at Wybunbury Delves Primary School, Wybunbury, near Nantwich in Cheshire, UK.
Nancy is reading to her class "Kensuke's Kingdom", a story about a boy who goes sailing with his parents and becomes ship-wrecked on an island. He shares the island with a Japanese war veteran.
Nancy's class is is actually aged 10-11, whereas this clip is more suitable for 5-7 year olds. That said I'm actually 40 years old and I enjoy watching it! It gives you an idea of the passage we have recently undertaken by boat from Turkey to India, which is all documented at www.followtheboat.com.
