UK Smooth Jazz saxophonist William 'Doctor Sax' Gibbs available for corporate and private events in UAE

Saxophonist William Gibbs, renowned in Europe for his performances on Spanish television which include collaborations with international artists such as Phil Collins and Tom Jones is now resident artist at the Dubai Marina Yacht Club.

Against the spectacular backdrop of the Marina William showcases two new projects: his Arabian and Indian inspired lounge grooves, the perfect musical accompaniment to any multicultural event, and his Thursday night 80s Britpop sessions ( regularly attended by 1,000 + guests ).

William's classy chill out, bossa jazz, funk and disco repertoire for which he is much in demand has been enjoyed by final clients such as Sir Norman Foster, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Price Waterhouse and the Spanish Royal Family. He recently performed at High Tea & Jazz at the British Embassy of Dubai, the Yas Circuit Hotel for a BMW product launch and at the 2010 UEFA Champion's League final in Madrid. He has also performed at events at the One & Only, Atlantis, Al Quasr, Grand Hyatt & Radisson Blu hotels in Dubai.

William also performs with his Dubai-based smooth jazz quartet Jumeirah Funk Club and his Abu Dhabi-based gypsy jazz quintet Hot Club de Paris.
