Some of this I seen is sad...alot of it is bodly excercise....coming from a musician (bass player) in the Church of God In Christ...my church is a WORD church..we hardly ever shout bit when we do its bcuz of the move of God, i have seen where ppl in church shout then the Word of God is goin forth they sleep...1 thing my pastor said dat is so true we as black are so emotional so quick to shout when music is being played, wat happens when da music stops?

@SuperHurricane75..let me clarify something. The prompt I am referring to is the Holy Spirit. For instance, when you danced in the world it was a song that inspired some emotions that made you dance. You can say the same thing about the church organ. It will draw emotions from that place. WE must be led by the Spirit. I am not exempt. That why I am praying and seeking him but I do not dance so easily just because the organ starts the keys. NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE.God bless.

Just want to know, is it God's Holy Spirit that's make them dance like that or are they just really happy and they dance on their own?? cuz I know ppl who are filled with the Holy Spirit but don't dance.

@34oneshot THIS IS ONE REASON, I AM SPIRITUAL, AND NOT RELIGIOUS. Even as a kid, I looked at them crazy, as I do now. I have had so many blessings that I cant even count. I have told GOD thank you, and cried. But I still do not, and wish not to understand the crazy dancing, and then being able to just stop, when the music stops. When my mother shouts, and dance, she has no recollection of any of it. IJS!

We have to do better. After all that jumping up and down still is not free. Still didn't learn or receive anything that u can take into the week with u and apply to ur actual life. We are so emotional driven at times it sad. Really it becomes just mass hysteria on Sunday mornings. Thanking God that I have grown up and spiritually matured.
