the first vehicle is a fire truck for the forrest so they don't really need much lights but I agree one light is not enought, now in France those vehicules have one or two lights and 2 leds and the grill
the second one is a vehcule for all "non emergency" interventions ( cat in a tree, bee nest...) so they don't need much light too
