look at the way the video is full of distortion
It comes across as little flashes on particular parts of the video
the only other videos i have seen this phenomena is on chernobyl videos, of videos of chernobylite mineral

Why does the robot they are filming Hazmat summary say the RAD monitor is off?

@british367 In some parts of the video, the Rad Monitor was on. In other parts it was off. I guess they don't run it all the time, or perhaps it's only active on one of the two robots.
