Cool! My goal is to do my first marathon this year. I started running in Vibrams last year, but never got more than a half marathon.
So! I would be interested in learning how to bump up my weekly mileage from 10-12 miles on average, up to 20-30. Also, would you recommend transitioning from vibrams to pure barefoot when it comes to trail running? Thanks!
I have vibram 5 fingers and I'm going to start running in them first. I am a beginner runner so am just going to go out there and get started. I am starting off doing walking/running in intervals to break me in gently as I am very out of shape!
barefoot running can't be done where I ive averafe -10 to -30 celcius. anyways , I currently walk 10 k a day and my resolution is to srart running more and more, I am a big guy I find it difficult to keep the pace
I'm not a runner (Yet) more of a barefoot walker I live in Coventry England and I'm hoping this year to start a barefoot revaluation anyway hope 2012 is good for you.

To fully realize that one can make/do a resolution at any time, in any moment. :D
