View from the Grandstand during 2011 Flood

It's easy to forget what the North Dakota State Fairgrounds looked like only 3 short months ago. Here's the view from the top of the Grandstand looking out at the stage and the race track during the 2011 Mouse River Flooding in Minot. To give you an idea of the water depth, the tall dirt dikes around the Grandstand that you see were 12 feet tall.
