More vids to come in this series and from this night. Some of the video in this clip is probably available for you to use commercially. Basically any part of the clip that has the RidleyReport.com super at the bottom. All such segments are public domain.

A note regarding "the other side of the story." I would normally feel a need to call authorities, get their side and record the entire interaction on tape when they are accused. But their wiretap law has a chilling effect on such calls. So I generally choose to practice overobedience - and decline to call for their opinions. In this sense, their bad law saves me time and costs them the chance to easily present their views.

  • @danielvincentkelley Yeah I suppose that it's possible.

btw, have you seen the news about the guy that got video of police brutality/killing someone and then the police start taking away everyones cameras and the guy had to hide the data chip in his mouth or something just to save evidence of the cops crimes?

  • @eedwardsish You're "a libertarian and an anarchist," huh? Is that like being Up & Down at the same time? Like being Left & Right at the same time? Oh you're like Dr. Doolittle's pushmi-pullyu, huh? Do you have papers to prove that you are both? Did some certify that? Or is it self-certification? Actually it sounds more like you are just a follower. You know, of the sheep variety. Stop being a sheep and I will stop making fun of your sheep-like action, okay? You boost cop's image => enemy!

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit I don't know who or what you think I am, so I'm going to tell you. I'm a libertarian and an anarchist. I don't fit into the media narrative which purports to explain of whom the Occupy movement consists.

There was a line. I didn't get in it. I stood next to the fence and talked to my friends, like Pete Eyre of copblock.org. I got arrested because I have a problem letting playground bullies push me around. Please stop hassling me. I'm not your enemy.

  • @eedwardsish The individual with the skewed thinking is calling my view skewed, huh? Makes sense doesn't it? When the judge ask you for your plea just say "BAAAAAAAAAAH!"

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit I have answers to all your questions, but I don't think you actually care what I have to say. You have a clearly skewed idea of my motivations in this arrest.

  • @eedwardsish So that means there was no line? You're somehow the exception to the sheep rule? You did go out to get arrested like a stupid sheep, right? You followed the herd, right? Your arrest did give credibility to the cops, didn't it? I hope you aren't getting your cud all over your keyboard, don't I?

  • @donsbarkingdogs3 After they buckled me into the back of the van, I asked "Aren't there dangerous people out there?" and one of the officers replied, "Yeah, people like you," before shutting the door. Too bad Ridley didn't catch it on video. I'm pretty sure some of them can't tell the difference between real criminals and political "criminals" anymore.

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit I was the last person to be arrested. And I did not get in line.
