Soo this vid is VERY rushed and it sucks. haha But i wanted to do a tribute to my all time favorite racehorse. I might do another one later, because this one is going to irk my nerves until i do... This movie always makes me cry. :( Oh and i put in the vid, the part where she hurts her leg soo you have been warned if you don't like that stuff.

@kcphipps1998 I agree with you. They aren't even fully developed until they are 5 or 6. I don't see why they don't just wait until then to race.

I believe racing a horse that young is horrible. They could have a great life, maybe a jumper or a barrel racer. Racing is SO dangerous for a horse that young :(

@TheFlamemaster100 it wouldnt have mattered if they waited until she was 5 for her to race, she was just so big, so heavy, and her hooves and ankles were so tiny, her shoe size was 4, not to mention her having the "soft-bone" desease carried onto her from native dancer....

i do know what i am talking about... i know almost every single thing there is to know about Ruffian... she would have injured herself sooner or later, whether it be racing or in a paddock like her dam and sire...

if they had waited until she was a bit older, her leg wouldn't have broken and she would have won, she was a champion, always has been, always will be. RIP Ruffian!
