This was a great but tragic story. Even if you didn't like the characters involved it had to touch you in some way. LH , BM & KW were all amazing in this story. The last of this story where Tony lays his head on Maxie's chest to hear BJs heart makes me cry thinking about it.

These were the good old days of Frisco, Felicia, Bobbie, Tony Jones and The Webbers when the show was good.

@mwg137 I know, I hate this story with Robin, hiding the truth to "protect her family", jsut leaving and not coming back? So rushed and lackluster. It's almost as bad as Lucky's exit. All the favourites leave and are replaced by these cutout characters. And with Jake's death what did we get? Non stop Jason propping.

@renita501 Thats why the story worked to well...... We were vested in all the characters and felt the emotions. GH needs to bring back the Labines (I know I spelt the names wrong) they really drew you in with amazing stories..... During this time look at all the great stories...... Stone, BJ...

@ChristineTheHippie Unfortunately all the stories are rushed and we are not vested in the characters as much as we used to be.... They had a perfect opportunity with Robin and the HIV. We all either grew up with Robin or watched her grow up and the audiance deserives a great end not the crappy story we are getting.

WOW!! i was crying so hard after watching this scene that my throat hurt. so painstakingly raw and unreal kristina'a performance. WOW! i don't think i've seen julia roberts act this well!

Thank you for posting these. I was only 14 at the time and to this day BJ's death is the best storytelling ever on soaps. Felicia finding out the truth has always been one of the scenes that has always stayed with me along with Tony listening to Maxie's new heart. Watching these again after so many years and I cry like I did the first time. It's a shame that mostly everything on GH is plot driven and very rushed. Jake's recent death is just a blip compared to the impact BJ impacted the canvas

@tribe1964 Oh, no question JJ was brilliant. Everyone was. Jake's death was so rushed, and that was it's downfall. And we didn't see Jake's parents grieving together, it was more about Jason than Lucky or Elizabeth. But I have seen far worse stories too

@ChristineTheHippie i was watching GH at the time and this is the best storyline of the soaps ever and the next one is stones death they don,t write like this anymore not for everyone anyway but lucky,s performance when jake died was great it looks like there trying to get the good stories back

I wasn't watching GH during this time, but I wish I was! This is so sad, but nonetheless, it's great, go for the jugular, rip your heart out writing. This shows when done well, a child's death CAN work as a story. What stands out here for me, is not only Felicia's reaction, which is heartbreaking, the way she collapses on the ground, crying, but how Bobbie went over to and hugged her. Why can't we see more of that now on GH?
Kristina Wagner deserves an oscar for this performance

I think this is one of the best, if not the best, daytime soap scene ever. I have been wating over a decade to finally see this scene again and I was not dissapointed on bit.
