It basically means, that "Compared to Sita, you do not weigh that much" which has a reference that SIta's character is greater than that of Ram and the lyrics of this Bhajan give examples (including that when Ram had left Sita into the Jungle, when she was pregnant) and that Sita defeated Ravana even before Ram did it (by not succumbing to his advances) - it is one of the most beautiful bhajans about Sita-Ram in Gujarati.
