I think that thing is kind of like a "Leslie" Its a spinning speaker that give organs their shaky, happy sound. They weren't sound horns like this thing. This thing must be some kind of home made prop thing.

I cant see the name on the guitar, but It reminds me of Airline guitars. They are always old. From the 60s. The same make that Jack White played. They always looked like what The Jetsons would have.
