  • Actually you're wrong, it should be breathe, not breath

  • I agree, free weights are much better.

  • stfu no wayyy thats how its done??

  • It would make more sense to stand as close to the stack of weights as possible without the bar being able to touch the machine - that way you would be pulled straight downwards instead of across the floor. You would also get a more full range of motion this way, because you would be able to lower the bar farther than you can when you stand five feet from the machine.

  • There are some little tricks for this exercise so you won't split your radius or ulna or create extremely painful tendinitis when you let go out of the bar.

Yet overall, you're right. I wish women would stay the fuck out of the gym.

  • Man I hate women in the gym. I wish they would just stay in their sexist women only gyms.

  • lol

  • Both free weight curls and cable curls have advantages. Free weight curls are more for bulk, cable curls are for peaks and definition. Good to do both on different days.

  • owned.

  • Cable curls are as good or better than weights for size but the masses don't realize it. Good suggestions there, except for the breathing, abs tight and where to stand-standing farther away can hurt the back, try different distances and see which feels better.

  • Ok, lets see if I got it...

    1) grab bar

    2) lift bar

    3) breath

Wow thank you! You're so full of useful information!!!!
