ugh, what was that bell thing for at the end? to bring you out of the "trance"? I found it kind of disturbing :/

It is called a Ting-shag and is an antique Tibetan cymbal that is traditionally used for ending meditations helping us to become grounded ready to face the world again. Being meditation music this is a good ending. Some of my work on CDs one person complained left them floating in space i.e. I don't end all of my music this way.
