How and why do you think criminals get their guns? Because it's EASY to get them. Why is it easy to get one? Because there are SO MANY! And by mass producing them, we are only shooting ourselves in the foot.

I understand that it isn't "your fault" but you clearly don't understand the severity of illegal firearms in the US, nor do you realize that one can't just walk into a gun store and pick up an AK and leave. You go through background checks, mental checks, and overall reviews before you can purchase one and then you usually need training. If we disarm everyone, who will that leave with guns? Criminals and police officers who will get to a crime scene an hour after the crime.

@TalbotEric I don't think i'm better than anyone and please shut the fuck up pig lover. I did call the police when my house was broken into (after, that is, you know, when I had time.) It took them, I'm pretty sure about 40 minutes to arrive. My .38 loaded with hollowpoint only took about 2 seconds to scare away the burglar, however.

Let me guess: It's primarily a left winged government; Abortion is legal but the death penalty isn't (since obviously unborn fetuses are the real criminals.) Sex offenders are misunderstood but people who own firearms to defend themselves are terrorists. Am I summing that up well enough for whatever pit you live in?
