Of all the channels I think I most enjoy yours. I even tell people your recipes now, so you can tell I'm hooked! --Dad and I discussed how weird northerners are using chili as a spaghetti sauce. --He thinks the chocolate powder and wine are nuts, but I think I'll do it up and see if he keeps that opinion. Thanks! =D

@TheKenAlanShow I had it on a list in one recipe. I will try the next batch with a pinch. Thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas! KtC

@kooktocook FYI, one of the bigger chains (Skyline or Gold Star) add a touch of nutmeg.

@TheKenAlanShow I just read you comment for this now. I miss a few at times. Yes, the chocolate and cinnamon are the key to this one. I made a few calls for this one and received a few recipes that were pretty much the same. My old culinary teacher fined tuned it for me for this version. Thanks mate, cheers! KtC

@eligeti89 The format perhaps is a bit quick for some folks, plus many enjoy seeing folks cook. However, I wanted something a bit quicker as some of us are short on time. Yes, you can squeeze in quite a few in a few minutes. cheers from KtC!

i have a question, chilis is not the same as Bolognese?? i never eat chilis, but from ur other video it looks really yummy..
kimie126 1 year ago
@kimie126 No not really. A few similar ingredients but Bolognese tends to not have much tomato in it. Plus the seasoning makes it quite different actually. There is an idea for a vid. though. A nice Bolognese. mmmm
You have to try chili. This is a Cincinnati version and also not the same a s a typical Texas chili. Yep see the other video. Thank you and cheers, KtC
