A lot of girls are taught that masturbating makes them dirty and a sin. It should be private and they should be allowed to touch themselves without anyone else's approval, but most of the time, that isn't the case.

Ok, I agree sex sells. It takes 2 to tango though & you didn't at all blame the women involved in this comment?
Its not as if these images and visuals are conjured up out of thin air. They're not unsuspecting victims in taken advantage of by the media or anyone. These ladies do these things fully knowing the ramifications of what they get paid to do.
The media does portray what is sees, and that is women selling themselves. If those women never did those things we wouldn't commenting right now.

Guys that don't know that the sex in Porn vids isn't the same as making love are freakin idiots. Some guys know the difference. I just felt that alot of what you said is misguided. PM me if you want. I can explain myself a bit more. Oh and no offense please.

This was such a great video. I completely 100% agree with you. It makes me so so sad when girls are afraid of their body.
Also, right on with the words. A "player" is a fun term while a "cunt," which is another word for vagina, is a dirty, horrible word used for a woman that is disgusting.
It's healthy to touch yourself and have sex. I want more people to practice safe sex--realistic, healthy goals for our country!
PS, you should totally link this to the other so people see this!
The media portrays what it sees. Female icons, singers, actresses, we see all the time start there careers on an innocent note but then just get dirty in regards to being a type of role model to younger girls.
As I recall growing up the ones calling girls slut, whores, bitches and scanks were other girls the vast majority of the time. Why does a girl need other peoples approval to touch their own body? That makes no sense at all. It's private, who or what the hell is stopping you?

I'm sorry, but I don't believe the media ever just "portrays what it sees". The media creates what it wants you to see. And sex sells. That's what the media wants you to see.
The Paris Hilton/Carl's Junior commercial?
The Pussycat Dolls?
Hell, the Bratz dolls?
They're selling those to young girls...what's being taught there? That wearing skimpy clothes and being a brat is cool and makes you popular?
I can find more examples for you if you'd like. Sex is everywhere when it doesn't need to be
