  • good rendition. they changed some of the instrumental responses to the vocal to be different but they dont sound that good. the father cannot do the delkash-shoor climax anymore so they killed the usual climax by doing an octave below and the ay-khoda chorus became a new climax. so the range from LAkoron to Do was wiped and Sol is the climax which is ok i guess. altho nice i cannot help but feel our best musicians are desperately trying to be rock stars.

  • I don't agree. Maestro Shajarian sings it differently. In "hamnava ba bam" he sings it differently too. He still can do the delkash climax: you can see and listen to "ostade sokhan Saadi" concert (ghoghaye eshghbazan.." one year after this concert in the same place (talare bozorge keshvar".

  • I listen to this beautiful song to awake every morning though I don't understand what he's expressing I think he is singing of his love of Iran. It's very beautiful and I imagine Persia even though am half irish and half japanese

  • I still listen to this song every morning. It's beauty always brings tears to my eyes. Though I don't understand Farsi and am not Persian a universal feeling of love and life of a group of humans just trying to live in this world rings through to me. God bless the Iranian people and all people who would want peace and beauty and the right to live a natural life.
