It is one and only,as the God is one and only. I pray we won't be dragged into the panheresy called ecumenism or unity with other religions.

St Paul used the term,turned to unnatrual lust. This is an act of will, choising the orientation.God mad them male and female, there is no mention of orientation in this scripture.Straight guys simply do not find other men appealing, .Don't tell me this doesn't make sense.Ok, fat ass, 90% of those who have the gay orientation and say they will repent of it, are lyingTo hell with the laity, the lying 90% get a free shot at .them is what you want to see.I slap you in the face.

Fr Seraphim's choices prove you wrong. He changed his behavior to conform to Christ. My choices also prove you wrong. We of different orientations than yours do not sin just because we have the orientation, we sin when we allow it to be acted upon..I say, if someone conforms themselves to Christ's image, regardless of their orientation, let them be monastics! According to the biography done by his niece, Fr Seraphim was a professed ,practicing homosexual. His genuine ascetism, put his body under subjection and proves the dire spiritual malady can be overcome. He, like the 1 leper who was healed came back, which equates with the recidivism rate of repentant gays.Saint of repentant gays, perhaps, a proper honoring.Save the children from the other 90% who backslide behind a sheeps, clerical garb. Do not tonsure or ordain any gay.Commonsense says so.

About the issue with the E.T. movie he spoke about in August 1982 (razbointrucuvant.ro/2008/09/0­2/sfantul-serafim-rose-si-priv­irea-atintita-spre-patria-cere­asca/):

it would have been better if he had lived more to pray.

He said then that "the Apocalypse is now" and he was right because the fight was and is bigger even than is described by the words of the book, book that most people consider it false or about a distant future.
