  • it's very tough to eat healthy where i live. Everything in stores even "healthy snacks" are filled with mess like some of the stuff you mention. I wish i could eat organic fruits, vegetables and fish all day but its more expensive.

btw i have a q-link as well =). I've been wearing mine for 2 years now, i think it works but i guess i have no way of knowing.

  • @stopjoshing I know that most of the snacks at any store filled with harmful ingredients. But if you really want to eat healthy you still can do it. Just replace all your packaged snacks with fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts.

Most fruits are not that expensive for example : bananas, apples, oranges, and other seasonal fruits (watermelons, melons, grapes and ect.).

  • @Lifewizsupplements What I am trying to say if you really want eat healthy you can find a way. Plus the cost of medication, visits to the doctor, lost time at work due to the constant colds and flues all add up to much more money at the end , so you better spend your money on creating a sound health then trying to fix what is already broken.

  • I`d starve to death if I dont eat things with unpronouncable ingredients. Even my Flora margarine has some strange ingredients. Illiteracy = hunger

  • If you would eat grocery that is not packed such as, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, beans, legumes, seeds, and fruits you would successfully avoid all the harmful ingredients. You also would be able to supply your body with all the necessary vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other nutrients. If you eat highly processed food the chances are that you already starving.

  • If the food you eat has no valuable nutrients, than your body is depleted of the important chemical components that are necessary for the body to function properly. Hope my answer was helpful. I am sorry for delay.
