The Joint Committee on Taxation. Americans who fail maintain appropriate insurance could be fined and then charged with a penalty of $25,000 and up to a year in jail if they do not pay the fine.

So if only people you agree with could talk and anyone who does not agree is punished then this would be a decent world.

Where the hell do you get this $25,000 fine from? It is more like around $500 fine. And there is no government takeover either. You'll still get your insurance no matter what.

The only hope and change I want is for people like Rush Limbaugh to have no radio show whatsoever. That would be nice. No Rush, no Beck, no Hannity. It would be a decent world then.

This is an outright lie. Hannity very rarely gets people who disagree with him on his show. And Hannity rarely gets black people on the platform when they are talking about the president. And it matters why that he doesn't interview people? He's a commentator and it's his show. And further, the quotes of these people speak for themselves far more often than now. What could they possibly hope to defend? And why does it bother you so much?

The key word you use is "compete".

One only has to look for themselves here on Youtube to hear Obama and other politicians say how a Public Option is nothing but a doorway to Single Payer. Single, as in one, as in no competition, just the government.

Themselves, in their own words, saying how they want "choice" eliminated. I don't support the Government doing anything that goes against my freedoms, no matter what party they come from.

This guy is such an intellectual coward!! He only has guests on that agree with HIM. At least Hannity, Limbaugh, O'Reilly, etc have guests from 'the loyal opposition' on their programs! Olbermann never has anyone on his program to refute anything he says or to explain what they meant when they said something.

Whether you call him Congressman Brown or Dr. Brown, this person has no shame in saying "you can always go to the emergency room" in reference to healthcare. In this instance, for treatment of depression! The man was telling Brown about the cost of his medication, and this was Brown's response! Then when everyone started booing, he says "of course, the emergency room is the most expensive option, so..."

So, Congressman Brown? How about a PUBLIC OPTION! Oops, you're not allowed to say that...
