This is awesome!! I'm not a hip hop fan because most of what I hear falls into 2 categories; partying and the objectification of women. This is consciousness in hip hop. I love it!! Arrested Development lives!!

@thevideodrome1 Even in America, the average IQ of most minorities is lower than that of "white" students. Again, for the same reasons mentioned. This is not to say that minorities can't do well on standardized tests, but that since the tests have cultural undertones, certain questions or structures are inherently biased against some students and in favor of others.

I do not think this is about Obama. If it is, it is about what he represents (change). You would have to be stupid to believe he is (change). Althought the economy has improved, he does not support the policies he proposes when people disagree with him.

What are the causes of the low IQ scores in Africa?
I don't want to sound racist or politically incorrect, but according to most sources the average IQ of the African countries is very low.

@thevideodrome1 Thanks for writing! From my understanding, IQ tests are based on a series of standardized tests, and collectively work in a Eurocentric (or at least developed countries-centric) perspective – meaning that the tests don't determine intelligence from an equal starting point for all. The result of IQ tests are affected by a number of elements including access to education, malnutrition, and other environmental factors.

@thevideodrome1 (continued) Considering that many African countries lack the economic, educational, and medical access of, say, most of western civilization (the result of eons of violence and disenfranchisement stemming from western imperialism), there are several factors that could play into why African countries produce lower IQ scores. The notion that race on a biological level can determine intelligence is known as eugenics, and was disproved long ago.
