that s only a matter of efficiency and allocative efficiency. it does not matter how much we spend our how good we are at cost containment but rather what we can do with each dollar spend. we can spend a lot and have a very efficient health care system like the nhs of uk or we can spend a lot and have a very inefficient health care system like the us one unless we talk about allocative efficiency.
