The first HM game I ever played was FoMT on an emulator. A friend gave me a big PC file with a GB emulator and a bunch of random games, but I'd never heard of Harvest Moon before, so when I saw it in the files, I was curious was Friends of Mineral Town was. The cutesy opening started with the catchy music and I immediantly fell in love with it! Harvest Moon forever <3

I really loved this theme, it really stays with you. But was i the only one who didn't really enjoy this game? gameplay was addictive, but character development seems horrible (i haven't finished the game yet, so i could be wrong) people keep saying the same things over and over again and the characters are usually not that interesting compared to the 64 version. And they are also too "cutesy"
After playing the 64 version, which was an AMAZING game, this game isn't anywhere close that.
