how old do i have to be to go in the drop in class???..and do i need to have any dance training??

No age restrictions and no dance training necessary. We also have beginner classes for those who may not want to dive right into intermediate (this was an intermediate class).

They have tons of vids on youtube and they're reeeally good. Her bf's a choreographer too, it's really good stuff that you should check out if you haven't already haha. laaater!
