@whtfang91 Well the issue was the hype it was to be the star wars of super hero films and it lacked that power it lacked everything that makes the green lantern stories some of the most CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED titles.And it's ok if you think the cgi looked like avatar I mean it's your opinion.

So what exactly was horrible about this film? the rushed romance? It was made obvious that Carol and Hal had a previous relationship, so it only appears to be rushed. The Villains? I thought that both of them were played up nicely for their roles (granted, I'm not a big fan of the GL comic books, so for all I know, they were way off). The CGI? I may catch shit for this, but the CGI here doesn't look any different from Avatar. The only thing I saw this film lacking in was its quality in dialogue.

Love GL! Love KK! Best combo ever!

I honestly loved GL. It was right up there with Thor for me (& I loved Thor). I understand why some hate it (I.e. Parallax, CGI, Carol), but I think they need to grow up & get past it. First time I saw it, I hated it! I love it now. Nuff said!
