Still needs work, but there's no way in hell Lil Wayne could even attempt what you just played.
Whenever you lift your finger to do your pull off, just try lifting your finger not as high as you're doing in your video. It will be much easier and you will be able to do it for much, much longer.
You also need to work on muting the other strings. Try searching for "guitar muting" here on youtube and you will see exactly what I mean. If you do these two things, you will sound 10 times better.
