http://www.onemansnoise.com ~ we pick up a couple of delicious croissants at the phoenix cafe in benton harbor, mi and then head out to catch amtrak's pere marquette into chicago. the changes in landscape between those two points is pretty incredible. beautiful national seashore to industrial pollution to urban neighborhoods, all within 2 hours.
