the shame now is right next to the sports hall they have put 3 tennis courts and a small footall playing area
im in year 7 and its too hot to do that kinda stuff right now

here's some tips
1) throwing from a bent arm needs improving
2) good quick release which is good
3) javelin landed flat
4) try and straighten your left leg at the plant phase and you might improve
5) where's the javelin run way?

Firstly i dont want to become a pro.
I only do it in school in Athletics season.
And we dont have a run way at school.
