Kimberly is a moron.
From what happened before selection, it was pretty clear that Lorraine explained explained her reasons for disagreeing in a manner that was accepted by Alan. It is also clear that Alan is just itching to fire Noorul. If Kimberly had any sense, she would've brought Noorul back, claimed he didn't contribute, and essentially grant Alan his wish to fire the guy.
