This is an instructional solo run of Sepulchre of Dragrimmar in Hard Mode on Guild Wars.

Skills used:
Glyph of Swiftness, Deadly Paradox, Shadowform, Glyph of Lesser Energy, Ebon Battle Standard of Honor, Sliver Armor, "By Ural's Hammer!", Shadow Refuge

Attributes:
12 Earth Magic
16 Shadow Arts
3 Deadly Arts

Gear:
Max armor, +1 Shadow Arts Head Piece, +3 Shadow Arts Rune, Major/Sup. Vigor Rune, 5 Radiant Insignias, 3 Attunement Runes, Insightful Staff of Enchanting, Zealous Scythe of Enchanting, Zealous Daggers of Enchanting,

Consumables: On floor one you will need a Birthday Cupcake and a Green Rock Candy. On floor two, you don't need anything.(You can use additional consumables since they can make the run a little easier or if you would like to speed things up. However, doing so in a dungeon that you can't charge much for will be costly. I used more in the video for time management)

Walkthrough:
If you intend to make money doing this, get your party together in Doomlore Shrine, make them all bring running builds(Ursan is actually useful here for running), then move them to Sifhalla.
Leave Sifhalla out of the Western Drakkar Lake portal.
Run straight West, cross the bridge, grab the quest from Outrunner Remlok, who is just outside of the dungeon. Enter the dungeon, but make sure everybody has loaded the map before you do.
Have your customers grab the quest from Outrunner Remlok, who is now inside of the dungeon as long as you have the quest.
Begin maintaining Shadowform while running toward your first Proof. Activate it by stepping on it and run through the Northern-most door.
Continue running North(The direction I ran, as it's the quickest way), avoiding the Whisps when possible, as their Chilling Victory deals damage through Shadowform, and stopping only to cast Shadow Refuge and maintain Shadowform(Note: When your are under the effects of Quickening Zephyr, which is put up by the Icy Stalagmites, do not cast Glyph of Swiftness and Deadly Paradox. You will drain all of your energy and die. You only need to cast Shadowform). Use Shadow Refuge and "By Ural's Hammer!" to keep your health maxed when there aren't Whisps around.
Continue on, hitting the proofs I ran over, then head to floor 2.
Collect money from your customers at the start of floor 2(Some customers will complain and ask why you don't collect after the boss is dead. These guys are typically scammers. If they make a big deal about it and waste time, tell them to leave. Report them if they don't).
Begin maintaining Shadowform.
Run to the boss room and begin killing the Avalances(And only the Avalances) one or two at a time. Beware, they use Frozen Burst every 8 seconds. Kite them while you are waiting for Sliver Armor to recharge if you didn't kill them on your first cast so that they don't kill you.
Between each group, you can swing your Zealous Scythe at groups of Elementals to regenerate energy if you need to.
Continue killing the avalanches, carefully. The boss can cast his deadly ward spell on you from two aggro bubbles away.
Make your way to the boss.
There are a couple of tricks to killing him. You must stay out of his ward spell, DiamondShard Mist, as it will definitely kill you. In order to do this, pull the boss near a wall or to the base of the steps and stay near him. You will probably have to play around with aggroing him for a while before you actually get it down(I suggest bringing Death Penatly Removal when you are doing test runs to save yourself the hassle of having to run the dungeon over and over again). Heal yourself when he uses Frozen Burst. While killing the boss with Sliver Armor, attack him with your Zealous Daggers to maintain your
energy.
After the boss is dead, kill the Shattered Elementals to spawn the Dragrimmar Chest.
Kill the Frozen Elementals that spawned near the Boss Room Resurrection Shrine and then have a couple of your customers unlock that shrine by running to it.
Tell them to die(They must stay in the boss room or else the entire party will spawn back at the beginning and you will have to clear more enemies).
You will all now resurrect at the Boss Room Resurrection Shrine and everyone can get the chest.

Note:
I'll be uploading other dungeon running videos over the next few days.

Thanks to Red Hawt Sin, the best dungeon runner in Guild Wars. He taught me how to do this long ago.

  • This vid would say: How to waste Pcons and other cons.

  • @ludgro01

Except for the fact that when this video was made, Rock Candy and Essences were dealt with differently and they stacked. Apparently you haven't played very long, or you would have known that.

  • This makes no sense at all...the boss hit you with shard storm once, in the entire time of the video, he would have hit me with it at least 60 times...

  • Please read the description. Frozen Burst won't kill you if you time everything right.

  • I've taken the boss where it's shown but the diamondshard mist keeps hitting me...

    I think I'm just unlucky.

    Any tips?

  • Just keep trying to move him in the general area that I was in. You will eventually find a spot that works. Good luck!
