It appears to me that it is better and less complicated than Garmins equivalents. How does it's IFR-capabilities compare?

What are the two electronic boxes and two knobs in the middle of the instrument panel between the Dynah displays?

There are some components you need along with the display. A complete single screen 7" system is under $5,000, and a 10" system under $6,000. A dual display 10" system is about $10,000. (Compare this to certified systems costing $50,000 to $100,000 and up.) -Robert, Dynon Avionics
