Heirloom Idea - You buy some sort of item which has a right click option, which then turns it into the item needed. it can then be turned back into a different item with a right click again, similar to the weapon in molten core which has two forms but for heirlooms :)

The heriloom item idea is great but is flawed by the differing stats stacked by different classes. Especially with the new heirloom tank items. It seems that Blizz is approaching the idea from the standpoint of forcing you to earn points to earn leveling gear appropriate to not only your class but also your role. An exchange vendor should be implemented, but whether it costs gold or points is up for debate. I think all heirloom slot specific items should be exchangeable.

@Zodiaaaac nobody cares people play the games they feel like their worth playing and im pretty sure the graphics of a game dont matter- the gameplay does...

@Zodiaaaac I'm so pro that i don't use all-caps rage and play games where i don't care about the graphics like WoW and Minecraft. Please go back and play Rift, i have nothing against you other than the fact that you are obviously a troll and are posting useless comments unrelated to the video and are insulting your own community's(Rift fan-base)intelligence. If you love the game's(Rift)graphics that much then just play it and don't watch the WoW videos.

Heirloom solution: why not just let you get a full (or 50? 75%? ) refund for your item at the vendor?

In the fear of "transfering points between characters" - well, just make a requirement of that you can only sell it back from the toon you bought it in the first place.

(if that sounds stupid or flawed, well sorry than :-P its 3:30 AM)
