@atiq2195 This clip is taken from a review of the year's GPs and the voice over is Clive James. He's actually pretty good if you ever get to watch the whole video (although he'd never make a great race commentator) but this clip cuts him off just as he gives a rather downbeat description of the major leg injuries Jacques Laffite had just sustained in the crash. That's why he sounds pretty miserable.
