K2 is a tour flight from the Talkeetna (AK) Airport. Some flights are high altitude over McKinley (Denali). Our flight (lower altitude) landed on the glacier below McKinley. The tour was expensive, but I think worth the cost. Tour time was bit bit over an hour. Only about 30% of the visitors get to see the mountain (because of weather) from the ground. An air tour insures the a view (from above). Landing is weather dependent.
